Please select your charter insurance:
We understand the challenges and uncertainties that charter crews may encounter. Therefore, we provide tailored insurance solutions that are specifically designed for charter trips.
Skipper Liability Insurance
In our opinion, this is the most important insurance of all, as you are liable for damages without limit and your private liability insurance typically does not cover boats or yachts.
Charter Deposit Insurance
It covers damages to the yacht you chartered, such as scratches in the paintwork, sail, engine, gear damage or loss of a fender, etc., when the charter company retains the deposit in full or in part.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
If the skipper is unable to start the trip due to an insured event, the costs for the entire charter sailing trip are reimbursed. For crew members, their share is reimbursed. Travel interruption is always included.
Insolvency Insurance (incl. Travel Cancellation)
Additionally insured is the insolvency of the charter yacht operator. We highly recommend this charter insurance if you do not receive a security certificate.
