Legal expenses insurance cover
Where an incident of damage/loss arises, the legal expenses insurance of Hamburger Yacht-Versicherung will assume all the incidental costs. The service encompasses:
- The assertion of claims for compensation
- Legal defence in connection with criminal prosecution and sailing license matters
- If requested, legal expenses insurance can also be arranged in relation to purchase and repair agreements.

Where contract and property matters (e.g. disputes arising from purchase and/or repair agreements) are also to be insured in relation to motor yachts, a supplement will be charged on the premiums set out above. We can also quote you a premium for your charter yacht.
