Right of cancellationThe customer is entitled to withdraw his contractual declaration (Payment) for the Skipper liability insurance, for the Charter deposit insurance as well as for the Skipper's passenger accident insurance within two weeks provided the travel has not yet commenced (start of insurance). The cancellation must be made in writing and reasons for the cancellation are not required to be stated. This does not apply to cancellation of travel costs insurance and insurance against insolvency because the insurance cover here starts immediately. The period for cancellation starts with the receipt of payment into the account of Hamburger Yacht-Versicherung. The cancellation period is met if the notification is dispatched within the specified time. Cancellations should be sent to:
